People within the Client Operations-Application Outsourcing (AO) workgroup are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients. Client Operations is where the majority of Services people reside and, typically, people in the workgroup are based permanently at a client location.

Incorporate skills which support the programming, management and maintenance services required to implement and support new installations or maintain and improve existing legacy systems for our clients.

Position Description and Responsibilities:
The Software Engineer will be responsible for supporting an Intelligence Community client with Software Development/Engineering support, to include requirements analysis, software development, installation and maintenance.
Travel:
No Travel. Must be willing to commute daily to Ft. Meade, Maryland vicinity
Basic Qualifications:
Must possess an active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph security clearance
4 years experience developing software in an enterprise environment
3 years experience developing software for Windows, Unix or Linux (Redhat versions 3-5) operating systems
2 years experience with Javascript, Flex, JSP, HTML, CSS, Spring MVC or equivalents for UI developers
2 years developing for an Object Oriented System (OOS)
Preferred Skills:
SIGINT experience a plus
Experience in visual or graphic design using tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalents
Current or prior experience within a large scale DOD or Intelligence Community Agency software development program
Professional Skills:
Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.
Strong analytical skills
Candidates who are currently employed by a client of Accenture or an affiliated Accenture business may not be eligible for consideration.
